What you will be doing

You will join a newly formed multi-disciplinary team at a brand-new service to provide care to men and women with a range of mental health conditions. Vigilance and resilience are key, as you support people through their care pathway with the ultimate goal of them leading a valued and fulfilled life.

It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion are important. It is hugely rewarding to see people improve; being able to do something today that they couldn’t do last week because of you.

Shift patterns are Monday to Sunday, Days and Nights on 12.5 hour shifts. You’ll work 3 shifts one week and 4 days the following week as standard to equivalent of 40.25 hours per week. Overtime is often available, allowing you to work extra shifts to increase your earning potential.
