You will be involved in the implementation of clinical care packages, phlebotomy and assessment, treatment and the evaluation of patients’ care. You will support and assist patients with the activities of daily living, work with the Pharmacy Team to help them fulfil their daily tasks and you will be encouraged to take the lead on well-being promotion clinics.Youwill support the registered nurse and operating department practitioner in implementing an agreed plan of care in association with the patient and in accordance with instructions and training received whilst promoting safe patient care and to be willing to develop and apply new skills to maintain and enhance clinical service delivery.What you’ll be doingTo apply for this position you should have NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care. We are ideally looking for someone who has experience of working in a Health Care Assistant role or similar.How will we support you?

What we’ll look for in youHMP Full Sutton is a Category A and B men’s prison in the village of Full Sutton in the East Riding of Yorkshire. It is a half an hour drive from York city centre.
