If you are passionate about both healthcare and education and thrive in a collaborative setting, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:Work closely with teaching staff to provide essential health care support within the classroom setting.Assist students with medical needs, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.Administer medication and manage medical equipment following established protocols and guidelines.Collaborate with teachers to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs.Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to the overall development of each student.Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, teachers, and support staff to ensure a coordinated approach to student care.Requirements:Previous experience as a Health Care Assistant or in a similar healthcare support role is preferred e.g. caring for a relativeKnowledge of medical procedures, first aid, and experience in supporting children with medical needs.Relevant qualifications in healthcare or education are advantageous.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the well-being of students.Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational setting.Benefits:Competitive weekly pay every Friday.Opportunities for professional development and training.
