Role Overview:

As Healthcare Development Executive you will support delivering change and improvements in the treatment pathways and access to care channels for Bupa customers.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the Healthcare Development team with the design, development, implementation and successful embedding of initiatives
  • Work in collaboration with stakeholders throughout Bupa UK to deliver change and improvements in access to care and improvement in treatment pathways for Bupa customers
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities which improve the customer experience and deliver high quality clinical outcomes and access to care whilst keeping healthcare accessible and affordable
  • Support the implementation of sustainable, robust processes and pathways with clear process definition and ownership to reduce unwarranted variation and ensure sustainable and consistent delivery
  • Work within an agile business environment, developing expertise with this way of working including the process and terminology
  • Play an active role in all healthcare management internal activities, proactively engaging with colleagues to help drive a high-performing team and deliver love working here objectives.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience of working in projects delivering significant business performance improvement and responsible for the implementation of streams of work to tight timescales
  • Knowledge of agile working practises to deliver digital change to customers
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines, under pressure and delivering thorough high levels of ambiguity and uncertainty
  • Proven track record of delivering change thorough working across multi-functional teams
  • Experience in defining and executing analysis requirements, and using data to inform decision making
