Our client wish to recruit a Healthcare Development Manager to join their team increasing the presence of their ophthalmology products throughout the South Central area across both Primary & Secondary Care.

The territory will include: Buckinghamshire, Oxford, Bedfordshire, Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Luton, Milton Keynes, Frimley and Northampton.

Ideal Requirements for the Healthcare Development Manager

  • Previous sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry
  • APBI Qualification.
  • Be flexible and adaptable at all times.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and able to use CRM systems.

Role Responsibilities for the Healthcare Development

  • The Key Account Manager will need to ensure the delivery of agreed sales objectives and resultant sales Products and territory.
  • To liaise effectively with relevant third-party stakeholders to maximise commercial effectiveness.
  • This will involve joint action planning on a regular basis.
  • To conduct sales calls both F2F and remotely with customers across primary care and other health care institutions within the NHS, including CCGs, STPs, Federations, ICN’s and PCNs – To conduct sales calls with primary care clinicians, GP practices, practice-based pharmacists, practice.
  • To proactively seek to share best practice with colleagues both in the same area team, and nationally if appropriate, and to implement best practice on own territory.

Recruitment Process
