Job DescriptionTHE FIRMA well regarded law firm with a high profile and excellent reputation in the Healthcare Providers sector.THE ROLEA new role has arisen within a team which advises Healthcare clients such as health trusts, mental health trusts, care homes and prisons in the event of issues in relation to their patients.The role will primarily focus on Healthcare inquest work and healthcare regulatory work. We are seeking a lawyer to manage a caseload of inquest files for our various healthcare Trusts and organisations.ABOUT YOUAt 3PQE+ you will need to have experience in conducting your own inquests without counsel.While a knowledge of mental health law would be useful, inquests experience is very important.This role involves spending a significant amount of time at hearings around the country and the successful candidate will need to be organised, self-sufficient, able to use their initiative and to manage with light touch supervision.You should expect to be actively involved with marketing activities, such as writing monthly briefings, speaking at client seminars and attending conferences.Lipson Lloyd Jones Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
