We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant/Senior Consultant to help lead the expansion of our Healthcare Division, providing staffing solutions to existing and new care providers across Yorkshire.

Who we need:
Our ideal candidate will have experience of working in the Healthcare recruitment industry and be confident working on vacancies with multiple clients. You will be comfortable building and developing partnerships with both clients and candidates, and have the drive to push the division to succeed. In return, we are offering uncapped bonus, and the opportunity to be an integral member of a new division. You will also benefit from support and guidance from some of the most successful recruiters in our industry.
Having relevant experience for this role, you will be financially motivated and have bags of energy and initiative and would like to further your career in recruitment.
A recruiter with a problem solving/entrepreneurial attitude
Strong negotiation skills
An ethos that outstanding personal performance is best supported by strong team unity
Previous client relationship management experience
Previous business development experience
Accustomed to handling a high volume of roles/applicants
You’ll be a fantastic role model, a positive motivator & hold a strong value system

Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:30-17:30 & Friday 08:30-: 17:00
