Top 100 commercial law firm is looking for a healthcare regulatory solicitor to join its London team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of health, social care, and education issues, providing both advisory and litigation support to public and independent sector organisations. You’ll play a key role in managing complex caseloads, advocating at hearings, and contributing to client care and business development. Type of work involved includes:
- Court of Protection
- Human rights
- Inquests
- Mental health
- Safeguarding
- Patient safety
- HSE/CQC inspection and enforcement
Candidate Profile
Our client is seeking candidates with the following:
- 4+ years PQE with a focus on regulatory law
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Technical excellence and meticulous attention to detail
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to form strong working partnerships
- A practical and commercial approach to problem-solving
