Position Overview:
As a Healthcare Technology Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and acquiring top-tier talent for our client’s healthcare technology ventures. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare technology domain, coupled with the ability to build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and devise effective recruitment strategies.
– Source and attract highly skilled candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and industry networking events.
– Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidates’ technical proficiency, experience, and cultural alignment.
– Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact through offer negotiation.
– Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform recruitment approaches.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a recruiter in the healthcare technology or related sector.
– In-depth knowledge of healthcare technology roles, industry trends, and key stakeholders.
– Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
– Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
– Must have right to work in the UK (British Citizenship/ Presettled status)
