Rate: £13.00 to £13.50 per hourRole Overview:The Administration Operative plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the Estates Management department. This includes maintaining record-keeping systems, handling incoming mail and calls, assisting with various types of correspondence, and updating the site CAFM system.Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and efficient completion of administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and update record-keeping and computerised systems.
  • Handle all incoming communications and relay information as necessary.
  • Support the Estates Manager and Operations Manager in preparing documents and correspondence.
  • Promote customer service excellence internally and externally.
  • Perform additional tasks as required by management.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a busy office environment.
  • Previous customer service experience, with a professional and supportive approach.
  • Good knowledge of computers and software applications.
  • Ability to maintain accurate data records.
  • Excellent communication skills.
