Our client, a Local Authority based in the Southeast is seeking a locum Housing Lawyer to join their legal services team on an anticipated long-term (12 months+) basis.
The successful Housing Lawyer will be able to undertake this position on a remote or hybrid basis. Part time or full-time working hours will be considered.
Responsibilities of the Housing Lawyer:
The successful Housing Lawyer will be responsible predominantly for managing a caseload of housing disrepair matters.
The successful Lawyer may also be responsible for dealing with other housing matters, to include possessions.
Experience required for the Housing Lawyer:
- Experience in dealing with housing disrepair claims.
- Prior experience within Local Government would be desirable.
