We are supporting a HR Team for a prestigious and high-growth local company in Hemel Hempstead, who have an urgent need for a HR Administrator to join them on a temporary basis for at least the next 3 months on either a full time OR part time basis – To start ASAP!
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a well-recognized company that offer fantastic training and support. Working in a small and fun team and directly supporting the HR Director and wider team.
As part of this role your mission will be to support on the onboarding process mainly, everything from supporting on the DBS process, managing candidates and new employees on the system, helping to book interviews and manage diaries as well as contract/reference support.
Please note, this company are based in the Maylands area and you would need to be fully site based.
This position will be working Monday to Friday, fully site based and there is the flexibility to work 15, 20 or 35 hours for the right person, spread across 5 days.
An hourly rate of £11 to £13 per hour to start is on offer for the right person, plus holiday accrual and weekly pay.
Duties to include:
- Supporting candidates and new employees on the DBS process from start to finish
- Helping the team to clear referencing
- Fully and accurately updating the internal system with all employee information and qualifications
- Creating and sending out new employee contracts
What we need from you:
- Previous HR Admin or similar experience is a must
- The ability to work fully office based in Hemel Hempstead – Part or Full time
- Able to start in a role as soon as possible
- Highly organized and excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a focused and determined team.
