Job Description

The Opportunity:

You will provide administrative support for all HR and staffing-related processes in the School, identifying issues, accurately capturing information, and assessing options in respect of policies, processes, and specific situations, and delivering effective solutions.   

This post is advertised as full-time (35 hours per week), however, we are open to considering part-time or flexible working patterns. We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working. 

Your skills and attributes for success:

  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A strong record of excellent team working, and ability to demonstrate self-motivation, initiative and resilience in achieving results and delivering work.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, in writing and in person, exercising discretion and diplomacy, respect and confidentiality, and ability to interact effectively and maintain good staff relationships. 
  • Knowledge of HR and recruitment procedures, equality and diversity legislation and other relevant legislation.
