The HR Transformation opportunity

The HR Transformation team is growing. We focus on partnering with clients to shape and navigate their People agendas, building functions that are business-focused, cost-effective, and agile by reimagining how HR can meet the needs of their stakeholders. Key to delivering that is a strategic People function that can look beyond HR operations and drive value back to the business.

Our People Tech Advisory offering is one of our key growth areas within PAS, focusing on assisting our clients to navigate the Digital HR agenda, all in service of the employee experience. This includes leveraging the power of ServiceNow to optimise the HR function to better serve the enterprise.

As a member of our People Tech Advisory team, you will join a talented group of professionals that help clients in a number of areas. Our focus is on achieving business outcomes for our clients as opposed to simply delivering a technical answer.

Being successful as a Manager

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow managers with experience in leading on employee-centric and HR service delivery (HRSD) implementations. You will be playing a key role in helping organisations achieve business outcomes by leveraging on transformative ServiceNow solutions.

Successful candidates will demonstrate;

Acting as a techno-functional leader across ServiceNow HRSD engagements, from proposal and solution definition to delivery, adoption and transition to Business As Usual (BAU)

Acting as trusted advisor on ServiceNow HRSD capabilities such as employee portal, case management, agent workspace, knowledge management, onboarding and offboarding, employee transition, live agent chat, virtual agent, employee relations, employee documents management, reporting & analytics, data protection, security and role-based permission, integrations

Developing project and sprints plans and managing end-to-end delivery, including resources, timelines, deliverables, risks, issues, mitigations and change control while closely engaging with programme sponsors, steerco bodies and product owners

Leading scoping, discovery, and design workshops

Putting humans@centre to articulate the optimal employee experience and journeys, enabled by ServiceNow, applying a personas-led approach

Translating business and functional requirements into ServiceNow solutions that deliver transformative value

Supervising and advising on solution architecture and integrations design

Supervising configuration build and development activities performed by technical teams

Advising on best practises to optimise and maximise the value of ServiceNow working in conjunction with HR platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, Microsoft

Delivering design and build playbacks and addressing relevant feedback

Coordinating testing cycles such as unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, service rehearsal testing, production validation

Developing and supervising execution of cutover, migration and deployment plans

Leading go-live and hypercare activities, including entry and exit criteria

Facilitating transition and knowledge transfer to BAU functions and teams and driving successful adoption

Assisting and coaching organisations to build internal ServiceNow CoE capabilities and supporting the definition of longer term, post go-live roadmaps

Bringing through leadership and insightful market trends to clients in the space of people technology and employee experience platforms

Coaching and developing junior resources and peers, acting as a visible role model for our people

You will

Be professional, quickly establishing personal credibility and demonstrating expertise

Have strong personal impact and resilience, and be able to influence clients and stakeholders to embrace change and drive greater adoption

Be confident and effective in building client relationships at all levels, including senior leadership

Take a practical approach to solving issues and gaining client trust

Be able to analyse complex problems and deliver insightful, pragmatic and sustainable solutions

Be skilled in facilitating engagement and workshop sessions with a variety of client stakeholders

Have four or more years of ServiceNow technical or techno-functional experience with a focus on employee experience and HR service delivery
