Salary: £42,750 per annum
Length of contract: Fixed Term Contract for 12 months
Hours per week: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Purpose of the post
It’s a time of real change and opportunity at Women’s Aid. The organisation is growing and developing at an exciting rate and as a result, the People, Culture & Equity function is on a journey as we overhaul our infrastructure and transition to being a proactive organisational partner.
The role of HR Business Partner will work alongside the People and Culture Manager to support the delivery of an operational and strategic HR service. The role will work directly with Senior Managers and Directors, service area management teams and other internal or external stakeholders across a range of broad operational HR activity. You will need to make a significant contribution to implementation of HR best practice which will support the achievement of Women’s Aid strategic objectives.
You will be a trusted partner, ability to demonstrate excellent Employment Law and HR practice Knowledge and influence multiple stakeholders at senior level through strong business relationships.
