About the role

We are looking to recruit a dynamic, pro-active HR Administrator to join our small but busy HR team on a part-time or full-time basis. Reporting to the Head of HR, this role will be based on site at our beautiful campus in Cambridge. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator, or experienced HR Assistant looking for the next step up, to get involved at every stage of the employment life cycle, supporting the HR team in all areas of generalist HR activities as required. 

The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for ensuring that all recruitment, training and HR related administrative duties are completed in a timely and accurate manner, and act as the first point of contact for employee enquiries on recruitment, absence, training and policies. The role will also be responsible for ensuring the integrity of data on the HR information system.  You will work closely with the HR & Payroll Apprentice, providing guidance and support on all HR administration, payroll and benefits administration.

About you

The successful candidate will have HR administrative experience or extensive experience as an HR Assistant, in particular recruitment, general HR administration, HR information systems and in dealing with payroll and benefits administration. You will be CIPD level 3 qualified (or equivalent relevant experience).
