Job description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expertise and guidance on all HR matters. This role requires a deep understanding of HR principles, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive organizational success through effective HR practices.Responsibilities:Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Performance Management: Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning. Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related matters.Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Facilitate training sessions and workshops on topics such as leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and compliance training.HR Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Regularly review and update policies to reflect best practices and promote a positive work environment.Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement and retention. Conduct surveys and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address issues.HR Analytics: Utilize HR data and metrics to identify trends, monitor key performance indicators, and make data-driven decisions.
