Job description: As we continue to refine and bolster our Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes and controls, we’re seeking an enthusiastic individual to lead this charge.

In this dynamic role, you’ll take the wheel in managing and overseeing our identity governance endeavour, with a particular focus on conducting impactful recertifications and access reviews.

Collaborating closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring the seamless implementation and adherence to identity access management policies and procedures, driving us towards excellence in regulatory compliance and bolstering our organisation’s security posture.

  • Manage and monitor the recertification process to ensure that access rights are appropriate and in accordance with business needs and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) mailbox and respond to queries from the business regarding access and recertification
  • Conduct regular audits of access controls, roles, and permissions to ensure that they are in compliance with MO standards
  • Check data quality and identify discrepancies or anomalies, and work with the appropriate teams to rectify them
  • Review and manage access exceptions, including requests for temporary access or elevated privileges
  • Provide training and support to end-users on identity governance processes and procedures
  • Participate in the development of identity governance policies and procedures
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to identity governance

About You

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual with a strong understanding of identity governance and access management practices. The ideal candidate should have experience managing recertifications and reviewing access exceptions, as well as experience working with identity governance platforms such as Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta or Oracle. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills and have the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Minimum criteria:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Identity and Access management
  • Knowledge of document repository systems such as SharePoint, Confluence etc
  • Experience with identity governance platforms such as Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta or Oracle
  • Experience managing recertification campaigns and reviewing access exceptions
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
