We have an exciting new role for a IFA administrator to join a leading financial planning firm in Scotland. You will play a key role in day-to-day administrator tasks by helping the financial planners with their tasks.
You will be put through your exams, supported financially and with days off to study. Great career progression and excellent working culture.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- At least two year’s financial services experience in a similar
- Effective time management skills – ability to organise workloads and work to
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Knowledge of Intelligent Office back-office system would be
Core Responsibilities:
- Preparing annual review packs
- Processing new business
- Dealing with client & planner queries
- Answering phone calls
