Experis are working with a public sector client seeking an experienced Implementation Business Change Manager – Business Transformation – Public Sector experience.
The Role:
- The role is to manage the planning and implementation of go live activities for the processes/ digital/ people/ infrastructure changes.
- The post holder will work with teams and stakeholders to ensure effective planning and management for Implementation and go-live.
- Identify areas to be addressed and support teams in adopting good practice and standard approaches being identified across the prgramme.
- This will include planning for transition, contingency and fallback planning, ensuring robust plans and ensuring that work is fully scoped and impacted – Oversee the readiness to enter Implementation phase and provide key expertise, support and assurance for the Implementation and go live stages of projects
- Effectively manage key internal and external stakeholders to develop plans, implement the go lives and coordinate input to effectively respond to issues arising, cascade information and ensure effective reporting.
- Knowledge of public sector government.
