Do you have a keen interest in construction and the built environment? The desire to learn and progress within the retail construction industry. If so, we are looking for an Implementation Project Manager to join Jardine Motors Group.
In this role, you will assist the Property Team in the planning, implementation, and administration of construction projects from start to finish, including working closely with internal/external stakeholders and systems.
Reporting of project progress to include but not limited to; Time/Cost/Quality/H&S/Sustainability to the Group Property Manager.
This role will on a hybrid contract, with a mixture of home, site, and office locations.
About the role:
- The management of specific Construction projects and programmes across a wide variety of brands and the satisfactory delivery of all its tasks.
- Ensure that appropriate competent resources are available to manage specific construction projects from start to finish.
- Supporting and guiding the external stakeholders in fulfilling their responsibilities, including clarifying as necessary all Brand requirements as set out in the relevant CI manuals, standards, and guidelines.
- Overall projects reporting and follow ups.
- Monitoring the obtaining of all necessary building control permits to enable the construction of projects to begin.
- Support with the procurement of all existing consultants, suppliers, and contractors in accordance with established JMG routines.

About you:
- A good understanding of the Retail construction environment.
- Understanding of the Engineering and architectural design process.
- Technical and engineering matters, with confidence to challenge designers.
- Experience of Cost and Time schedule management.
- Evidence of Quality & design workmanship.
- A minimum of 6 + years within Retail PM role and/or relevant qualification with the construction industry.
