TSR Legal have recently partnered with a well-regarded Technology firm based in Cardiff with offices across the UK. Our client is currently looking to recruit a Legal Counsel to provide support to the Head of Legal providing legal advice across multiple areas of the business supporting the firms growth plans across the UK.As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice, supporting the business with a range of legal matters including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial contracts, litigation matters, mergers and acquisitions including reviewing and drafting of NDA’s, as well as providing training and support to senior members of staff in regards to governance matters.To be considered for this role, our client is requiring a candidate with at least 2 years post qualification experience, experience of working within a Commercial team, excellent communication skills and experience of working with senior stakeholders.On offer is the opportunity to join a well-regarded technology firm, who can offer excellent quality of work, progression opportunities, and extensive benefit package.
