Hours: Full-time, 37 hours a week with flexibility required including evenings and weekends

As an Inclusive Employment Job Coach, you’ll be key in ensuring our customers, who are predominately people with learning disabilities and/or autism, are coached using Training in Systemic Instruction (TSI) methods into employment, volunteering and/or community outcomes dependant on the customer’s choice and their specific employment targets.
You will be responsible for a cohort of customers, ensuring that they are confident to settle into their paid employment and/or volunteering.

About You
To be considered as Inclusive Employment Job Coach, you need:
- Experience of directly supporting adults with a learning disability and/or autism
- To be confident in building and maintaining relationships
- The ability to work and succeed in a target driven environment
- Exceptional and adaptable communication skills
- The ability to work as part of a team, but also on your own initiative
- Full, valid driving licence with own vehicle to travel
