Job description: CK Group are recruiting for a Instructional Designer to join a global pharmaceutical company, based in Uxbridge on a contract basis for 12 months.Salary:
Up to £66.00 per hour PAYE. This role is inside IR35.Instructional Designer:
- Utilise instructional design principles or models to design and develop training from needs analysis, design, storyboard through final deliverable
- Apply knowledge of adult learning theory to identify and utilise new instructional technologies, innovative instructional practices, and new course delivery methods to improve the digital learner experience
- Create design documents that specify learning objectives, learning strategies, learning materials design specifications, skill application and learning impact
- Execute Copywriting, scripting and storyboarding of learning experiences for online and hybrid courses
Your Background:
- Bachelor’s degree required preferably in instructional design or Bachelor’s degree and several years of digital learning design experience with a focus on adult learning principles
- Experience in developing digital learning content for global deployment in multiple languages
- Extensive knowledge and experience creating learner experiences using innovative digital design technologies to develop e-learning, mobile learning, virtual instructor led learning, and video/audio productions
- Proficient in using authoring tools, graphics packages, video and Sound editing tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Articulate, Articulate 360 Storyline and Rise , Adobe Creative Suite, XML, SCORM, HTML5, etc.)
