Integrated IT Systems Operator at University of East Anglia

Salary on appointment will be £28,929 per annum, with an annual increment up to £35,308 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in the running of UEA’s business focused IT services.

We have a vacancy in Integrated Operations for an Integrated IT Systems Operator primarily aligned with our Windows Applications Team, but you will also work with colleagues in similar roles aligned to other IT teams to deliver an effective IT Operations function.

The responsibilities of this role involves taking the lead on common IT service operational activities such as fulfilling user service requests, carrying out regular system admin tasks and responding to incidents. Creation and maintenance of related documentation will be essential, as will working with users, stakeholders and suppliers.

This full-time post is available on a fixed term basis until 3 September 2024.
