Job title: Interim Chief Financial Officer

Job description: Robertson Bell is looking to speak with any experienced Chief Financial Officer’s with wider Corporate Services experience to join unique and innovative organisation for an initial six-month contract.

Based in North London, this brand-new contract will see the successful candidate hit the ground running to lead the finance team, as well as oversee the wider corporate services function, including HR and IT.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with the CEO and board to management financial planning and create a strong understanding and management of risk.
  • Maintain robust organisational governance.
  • Oversee the statutory accounting and year-end audit to ensure this is delivered successfully.
  • Create reporting papers with the Head of Finance to be presented to the CEO and board.

The successful candidate will be:

  • A chartered accountant.
  • Experienced at a senior level with financial planning and accounting.
  • Confident leading a Corporate Services department.
  • A proactive professional and excellent communicator who can hit the ground running in this role.
