Rate: £625 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)

Client: Esteemed Public Sector Organisation

Duration: Initial 6 months

Location: 2-3 days per week in London.

An Interim Marketing Procurement and Commercial Manager for a leading Public Sector organisation. This is a fantastic role supporting an Indirect spend of c.£3bn. Marketing is a critical category, carrying a significant revenue generation element, with over £2.5bn per annum generated through advertising. The category includes exciting projects in the Events space, as well as Signage, Cartography, and Contact Centres.

This is an exciting time for the organisation, with a new Head of Indirect Procurement recently appointed, who is leading a transformation plan to drive business engagement, stability, and value-add to the stakeholder community.

Requirements:

  • Experience of Public Sector Procurement, including OJEU/FTS, PCR 2015 and Contracts Finder.
  • Broad Indirects, with ideally some Marketing Services Procurement experience.
  • Ability to develop category plans and lead procurement projects.
  • Excellent communication ability and confident leading small teams.
  • Able to prioritise multiple Procurement projects simultaneously.
