SUMMARY

We are now inviting ambitious candidates to join our Career team for a 6-month Part-time internship. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to understand and support our growing career team, based in Hong Kong.

Position Scope

We will count on you to:

• Provide general administrative and operational support to the team including survey queries and marketing business development support such as webinars and client meetings.
• Assist team in analysing and creating reports.
• Help document specifications for senior staff and administer general operations activities.

Availability

Applicants are expected to be available for a period of 6-months on a part-time basis (Monday to Friday). Expected start date of this internship is Dec 2023 / Jan 2024.

What you need to have:

• Some professional working experience within an MNC environment. Experience in the HR field preferred.
• University graduate or master’s degree.
• Proactive attitude. The ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines.
• Intellectually curious with strong appetite to learn.
• Flexible working style and open to working within a diverse team.
• Proficient computer skills especially with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong language skills – English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
