The Company
My client is a global business that supplies packaging and FMCG products into retail, food manufacturing and food service sectors. They are a well-established organisation who offer stability and good progression opportunities within a family feel environment. There is also a progression pathway to Junior Account Manager.
The Role
As the Sale Executive team your duties will include.
- Supporting enquiries across the existing portfolio of customers, capture order details whilst looking for upselling opportunities
- Provide high quality and engaging customer service over the phone
- Writing presentations/PowerPoints for internal and external meetings
- Managing excel spreadsheets, forecasting financials and analysing P+L data
- Maintain accurate customer details on CRM
- Supporting the Head of Sales with their activity
- Assisting with general duties in the office – if required
Your Skills & Experience
To be considered for this opportunity you will need:
- Internal sales/sales admin experience within a B2B environment
- Strong admin experience and aptitude
- Organised, motivated and energetic!
- Accurate attention to detail and confident IT skills
Salary is up to £30,000
Office based role – Northamptonshire
