In this role, you will take the lead in managing the company’s sales processes. You will analyse key sales data, propose and support the implementation of new sales systems and processes and work with other members of the sales department to support the global sales channel and execute the sales strategy.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a B2B sales environment. They will also be good with sales/data analytics and be able to present insights which lead to increased performance, and have a strong knowledge of sales administration systems & processes.
This role would suit someone who is looking to step up into a senior role that has development opportunities and work for a company that is very passionate about what they do and has exciting plans for growth.
The Role:
- Collect, track, analyse, and communicate key sales data
- Work with colleagues & customers to deliver the sales strategy
- Manage accounts, build reporting structures & systems
- Devise, propose and implement new sales strategies
The Person:
- Experience in a B2B sales environment
- Good data analysis skills
- Knowledge of sales administration processes, systems and reporting
