Job Description

BEUMER Group UK are looking for an Invoicing Administrator to strengthen the finance team in a wide variety of tasks; based out of our office in Ashby-De-La- Zouch.

Ideally the candidate will have previous experience in sales invoicing and be competent in data processing.

We are looking for a organised individual who has an eye for detail and who is able to prioritise a number of tasks in order to meet deadlines.

Reporting to the Financial Accountant, the Invoicing Administrator is primarily responsible for raising monthly invoices (from SAGE 50 Accounting Software), and collating weekly timesheets.

Duties

  • Raising sales invoices and credit notes for the company
  • Responding to invoice queries
  • Updating the Purchase Order (PO) register
  • Collating weekly timesheets.
  • Maintaining customer records
  • Other ad-hoc admin tasks as required

Qualifications

  • Ideally, someone with basic accounting knowledge
  • Sage 50 Accounting Software knowledge would be beneficial
  • Proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel)
  • Track record of working to tight deadlines with an eye for detail.
  • Team player and good communicator (verbal and written)
