Our Client, a well-established, Legal 500 and Chambers ranked law firm based in Central London are looking to add to their numbers with the appointment of an IP Associate.

The Team

The very busy intellectual property team has an outstanding reputation and advises in a variety of sectors with a particular emphasis on sport and entertainment. Representing both high-net-worth individuals in the public eye and multinational corporations, their lawyers have the skills, expertise and depth to advise on pioneering legal issues.

Areas of expertise include; strategic brand protection and portfolio management; IP focused commercial agreements; confidential information and non-disclosure agreements; design rights, copyright and trade mark advice; corporate and individual reputation management; and interim injunctive relief.

The Individual

The successful individual for this role you should be between 2 and 4 years PQE and currently working as part of a reputable IP team, similar in profile to our client. Extensive experience in IP law as outlined above in transactional matters is a prerequisite.

It is also essential that you are proactive individual with a ‘can do’ attitude, used to working well under pressure autonomously, or as part of a friendly team. Whilst it is inevitable that working long hours may be required from time to time, the team also do all they can to promote a positive work life balance and flexible working as and when required.
