Requirements
Your Role:
As Twinkl’s IT Business Analyst, you’ll be the driving force behind aligning our business IT systems with our business objectives. You’ll take a key role in shaping our systems, software, and 3rd party services (SSS), collaborating closely with key stakeholders and the leadership team to introduce new business IT solutions and maximise ROI of existing business IT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate to deliver successful business IT solutions – assisting stakeholders in understanding and refining their needs and helping to implement great business IT solutions to interesting and valuable opportunity spaces.
- Develop, maintain, and innovate business IT processes and strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technologies for potential adoption.
- Provide guidance and mentorship fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Participate in agile ways of working, delivering relevant reporting.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Demonstrable experience of successful and innovative business IT solution delivery.
- Demonstrable experience of business IT solution related process improvement and strategy.
- Strong problem-solving, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrable experience showcasing the required technical and analytical grounding for this role; ideally backed by a relevant degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
