Organisational & Functional competencies:
- Leadership of delivering approved project work efforts on time within budget and to the stated deliverables
- Financial acumen to maintain accurate monthly forecasts against Annual Operating Plan and explain variances per business process management & forecasting schedule
- Strategic planning of rolling 5-year roadmap for the ISIT function
- Championing and leading the move to agile delivery
- Partnering across the IT towers to ensure consistency of approach and migration to operations/BAU
- Report monthly rolling forecasts with visibility to Full Year performance / opportunities
- Plan for the relevant training and conferences for the team
- Communicating / coordinating Infrastructure changes within the organization
- Bring innovation and communicate with business and technology leaders, both within and outside the organization
- Being viewed as the trusted advisor to the organization
- Partnering with the Business Leadership Team across functions
- Collaborate Globally with business leaders to develop business cases for new projects supporting the Digital Roadmap
- Prepare and lead reporting and risk mitigation action planning in Steering Committees
- Deliver assigned projects on-time, in-budget, to-scope, and with customer satisfaction
- Understand the business needs for solutions and providing the best IT solutions
- Understand IT needs in parallel with business needs
- Lead product and technology validation process
- Ensure proper documentation as well as operational instructions for all newly introduced systems and technologies are provided, smooth transition into steady state
- Work closely with the Enterprise Architecture, Cyber and IT Operations team to ensure standards are followed
Role Competencies:
- Experience of progressive complex systems in the manufacturing domain preferably in process industry
- Experience in HR, Legal, Finance systems for end to end people, financial and contract management enablement
- Experience in selecting and implementing ESG and corporate communications/corporate affairs solutions
- Experience in managing on premise, cloud and subscription based solutions and partner ecosystems
- Experience in core corporate functional areas such as Hire To Retire, Learning, Management and Statutory Accounting, FP&A, Business Performance Management and insights
- Experience in Agile project and delivery management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team leadership and experience leading without authority / influencing stakeholders

- User experience, adoption and customer satisfaction
- Strength of internal relationships
- Return on existing and new IT investments in partnership with recipient functions and based on objective baseline and tracking metrics KPIs
- Assure value realisation of new and existing IT investments
- Maintain strong relationships with strategic vendors
