Job description: Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a manufacturing business in the Telford area who are looking for an IT + ERP Specialist to join their team. This is a stand alone role for a growing company of around 150 employees. The working hours are Monday to Friday and the role is an onsite position based.As an IT and ERP Specialist, you will manage IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and hardware. They are looking for an IT coordinator who specialises in Business Central 365 and has extensive knowledge of implementing change and training staff to new company standards. You’ll also oversee the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects.The duties and responsibilities as the IT and ERP Specialist will be varied as follows:

  • Manage IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and hardware.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects.
  • Understanding our process and how we can get the most out of business central 365.
  • Ensuring the smooth transaction from our systems already in place to Business Central 365.
  • Ensure employees have access to necessary IT resources and support when needed.
  • Compliance with relevant regulations and standards. technical assistance for projects requiring IT support.
  • Liaise with third parties and team

  • Great attention to detail and an analytical mindset
