Job description: We are recruiting for an IT Helpdesk Engineer who will ensure the smooth running of the Cascade Platform 24/7. This will include ensuring services are provisioned within the agreed SLA’s as well as providing migration support to new customers and working closely with the development team on new Cascade features and testing.This isn’t your ordinary job, you’re here to revolutionise Cloud distribution whilst working closely with the world’s leading Cloud solution providers including Microsoft, Acronis and more.What you’ll be doing
- Processing orders for all manual workflow products ordered via Cascade.
- Identifying and resolving problems related to existing Cascade functionality and ensure relevant issues are escalated to the Development Team.
- Internal testing of Development releases to ensure they meet internal and external requirements.
- Resolving escalations from other internal intY teams and providing advice and training as required.
Your Qualifications
- You will have experience working on an IT Customer Service Desk.
- Support or administration experience – ideally within a technical background (Junior IT / IT helpdesk).
- Experience of Cloud solutions and Office 365 support.
