As our new IT Project Manager, you’ll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders and the Project Team members to manage IT Projects, or IT elements within larger projects through the full lifecycle to time, cost and quality.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll manage projects through the full lifecycle (e.g. Initiation, Requirements, Business Case, Design, Build, Test & Live) and document/manage as living documents the project plan, issues, actions risks and dependencies.
  • You’ll have approximately 20 projects running at any one time and the IT Project Manager could have responsibility for 5 to 10 different sized projects that are in progress concurrently.
  • You’ll facilitate, host or run (as appropriate) workshops or presentations relevant to the progression of the project while maintaining constant communication with Stakeholders and Management to report on project progression.

What you’ll have:

  • You’ll have significant IT Project Management experience with a Prince 2 practitioner or other appropriate Project Management accreditation.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing projects which incorporate regulatory and security changes across multiple platforms, business areas or systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong stakeholder management experience; ideally you will have worked with agile methodologies previously and have an understanding of ITIL environments.
