Job description: Join a leading ERP and stock control software company as an IT Quality Assurance Engineer assisting in IT testing and software improvements.

THE ROLE:
The job primarily involves:
– Analyse requirements (specifications/ user stories) and define test conditions.
– Report on system faults to improve overall software quality.
– Liaise with other QA colleagues, testing and software engineers when required to ensure issues are understood, effectively recorded and communicated to ensure a satisfactory resolution.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
– Previous understanding of the fundamentals of software testing.
– A problem solver who can ‘think on your feet’
– Quick learner
– Well-organised and able to prioritise
– Logical and analytical mindset, quality and detail-focused.

SALARY & BENEFITS:
– £26,000 – £32,000
