We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join a team as a Mobile Phone Distribution and Enrolment Coordinator. This is a non-technical role that spans a 4-month period, focusing on the efficient distribution and enrolment of mobile phones within a Public Sector organisation. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in cataloguing mobile devices, coordinating with administrators and creating comprehensive service guides for end-users and IT staff.
Responsibilities:
Data Input and Asset Management:
- Demonstrate excellent data input skills, particularly in Excel and asset management tools.
- Maintain accurate records of mobile phones, ensuring a seamless tracking system.
Organisational Skills:
- Deploy mobile phones efficiently among trust services and users.
- Collaborate with administrators to streamline the distribution process.
- Exhibit strong organisational skills to manage the logistics of phone deployment.
Communication Skills:
- Engage with end-users and services to facilitate a smooth deployment experience.
- Liaise effectively with administrators and the project team.
- Clearly communicate project updates and instructions during the distribution phase.
Documentation and Guide Creation:
- Document all aspects of the distribution process for future reference.
- Create and modify service guides for users and IT staff.
- Ensure that comprehensive documentation is in place for a seamless transition back to Business-As-Usual (BAU).
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in data input and asset management, particularly in Excel.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage the deployment of mobile phones efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with users, services, and project stakeholders.
- Proficient in documenting work and creating/modifying comprehensive guides.
