Due to internal promotions, we are looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our customer service focused and technical team based in our Birmingham office. Our IT Service Desk provides a single point of contact for all technical IT queries via phone system and web portal within the ITSM system across our global business.Candidate overview:We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • At least 1 year service desk or similar experience
  • Enthusiastic
  • Service driven
  • Clear and professional telephone manner
  • Strong steer to promote self-service platforms
  • Patient, with ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
