Job description: IT Service Desk Analyst required to join a growing telecommunication solutions provider based in Bristol with multiple offices across the UK.As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for the day-to-day analysis and resolution of incidents and requests, ensuring that SLAs are met.The position would suit someone with 3+ years’ experience in a 1st/2nd line role who is looking to step up into a pure 2nd line role. The company can offer a clear progression path from 2nd line to 3rd.Essential knowledge:
- 3+ years technical support experience
- Windows Desktop environments and Active Directory
- Strong Microsoft product knowledge
- Networking knowledge: LAN, VPN, TCP/IP
- Strong customer service skills
This will be an office-based role located in Bristol. Due to the company’s location, own transport will be required.
