We’re looking for an IT professional to support prestigious clients within the sports Industry, which includes Premier League Football Clubs, County Cricket Clubs and Racecourses.
The ideal candidate will have some 1st & 2nd line IT support experience, probably within an IT Service Desk or Helpdesk team.
You will be required to work a rotating shift pattern of 7am to 4pm or 10am to 7pm (with an hour for lunch) and a full UK driving licence is required.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
– Provide IT support to end-users, diagnose and resolve IT issues.
– Manage helpdesk requests.
– Install configure and maintain software and hardware components.
REQUIREMENTS
– Previous IT Support experience (1st line & 2nd line ideally) – the role would suit a Service Desk professional or Helpdesk Analyst looking for greater career prospects.
– The ability to work shifts (7am to 4pm & 10am to 7pm)
– A full UK Driving Licence
SALARY
Up to £27,000 + 21 days holiday, Life Insurance, Pension, On-site Parking and excellent career prospects.
