Job description: IT Service Desk Manager– Based in West London– Permanent, full time role– Salary up to £60,000 plus 15% bonus, travel costs covered and 25 days holidayA global company with offices in the West London area are looking for an experienced Service Delivery/Service Desk Manager to join their IT function. This is a great opportunity to join an industry leading organisation. Duties will include:– Leading and managing an IT Helpdesk Support Team to deliver high performance across the organisation and meet service standards– Developing the IT service management strategy to align with company goals– Managing relationships with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally– Overseeing projects and ensuring goals are met– Supporting the continuous improvement of IT services across the organisation– Providing technical assistance when required– Helpdesk resource / man managementTo be considered suitable for this Service Desk Manager role you will need to have the following skills/experience:– Strong experience of managing a helpdesk/service desk team.
