Job description: Our client is looking to appoint an IT Service Manager to support a national business internally. You will be responsible for a small team whilst attending customers requests inline with software and general IT queries.
Our client supply on a national basis to a range of industries and are known for their staff retention.
IT Service Manager / Service Desk Team Leader / Service Desk / Helpdesk / Service Coordinator / ERP /
Roles & Responsibilities:
*Oversee the service team and their day-to-day tasks
*Manage and guide a small team of service coordinators
*Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
*Manage client expectations
*Ensue performance driven targets are met
*Carry out team meetings.
*Ability to problem solve
*Plan schedule and support the engineers
*Work directly with customers to resolve issues in a professional manner.
*Raise invoices for work carried out
*Represent the business is a positive and professional way

Qualifications & Skills:
*Experienced on an ICT service desk.
*A HND/HNC or BTEC
*Excellent phone manner
