Location: York (hybrid working – minimum 3 days a week in the office)

Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience + excellent benefits inc pension +2 paid volunteering days +25 days holiday + additional 12 flex days on top of annual leave

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, service orientated Support Analyst to provide professional technical support to the Nestle UK&I businesses, to include support for End User Computing, Printing, Microsoft Teams Rooms, mobile solutions and applications.

A day in the life of a Technology Solutions Analyst…

Based in our Gatwick Head Office you will provide second level IT support across our offices, factories, and distribution centres. You will also be involved with compliance and projects as part of incredibly supportive and pro-active team. You’ll need to challenge the status quo and demonstrate continuous improvement across everything you do.

You’ll also:

Provide in-person support for complex IT issues that cannot be resolved remotely

Ensure that colleagues are kept informed and updated on progress of Incidents and Requests using our ticket management system, ServiceNow, as well as by telephone & email where appropriate.

Provide analysis of critical incidents, trends and issues understanding the business impact and communicating & escalating to senior management within the business and IT as appropriate.

Become a subject matter expert for content in your area of expertise within the team

What will make you successful?

We’re looking for a passionate and driven IT professional, with great attention to detail and accuracy. You’ll be a committed team player, technically proficient and with an exceptional customer service focus.

You’ll also have:

Solid experience of supporting Win10/11, O365, AD, printing, laptop/desktop hardware.

Experience of Microsoft Teams Rooms

Proven troubleshooting skills

Experience of communicating with colleagues at all levels

The ability to prioritise your own workload

Experience of live event\AV support would be an advantage
