Job description: Junior IT Support Analyst
My Yorkshire based client is looking to recruit a Junior IT Support Analyst to act as the first point of contact , dealing with support requests over the telephone, email and face to face.
Supporting multiple offices throughout the Yorkshire area, the Support Analyst will ensure that all incidents, requests and problems are logged via the company ITSM toolset.
As IT Support Analyst, you will :

  • Maintain regular user contact through to completion
  • Liaise with third party support providers
  • Ensure that IT Security policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Travel across multiple sites to provide support as required
  • Log, update and resolve support calls
  • Contribute to the team knowledge base and training guides.
  • Undertake user induction and setting up of new equipment
  • Identify CSI opportunities
  • Participate in Starters / Leavers/ Movers process

Technically, the Support Analyst will be able to demonstrate the following :

  • Windows desktop operating systems
  • Sharepoint
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Active Directory
  • Azure 365- Services

The chosen candidate must possess a current driving licence and be prepared to travel across the Yorkshire area. This role will necessitate working 4 or 5 days a week in the office.
