Role – Customer Support Engineer – AKA Service Desk Analyst, 1st Line Support Engineer, Software Support, IT Support, Application Support
Location – Central / West London (1/2 days office / 3/4 Day Home) rotating shifts (early’s mid’s late’s)
Salary – to 30K + excellent benefits
Reporting into the helpdesk manager you will provide 1st line support to our clients range of endpoint / cloud / mobile security solutions.
The role
- Be the clients primary contact
- Log tickets accurately
- Ensure a high level of customer service and support is provided
- Provided assistance as required to other technical teams
- Escalate issues where necessary to management or third parties
- Undertake some IT projects as instructed by the technical team
Skills
- Able to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Genuine interest in technology and a willingness to learn
- Proactive team player
- Exposure to Cloud based services
- Office 365
- Azure
- Intune
- AWS EC2, S3
Shifts while the roles will be largely work from home the client does have a shift plan with succesful candidates working 7am – 3.30pm, 9am – 5.30pm, 10.30am – 7pm shift patterns on a rotating basis.
