Job description: A talented IT Support Engineer is required by a successful Managed Services company who specialise in providing IT support solutions to a variety of clients across different industries. Based near Southampton, you’ll provide predominately 2nd / 3rd line support services both remotely and on client sites (predominantly in Southampton and surrounding areas).

We are looking for good experience with Azure, AD, Office 365, VMWare and networking.

A salary of up to £40,000 plus benefits and excellent progression opportunities is available.

Skills Required

  • IT support experience
  • Previous experience of working for a Managed Service Provider or in a client facing environment would be useful
  • Any knowledge of VMware or Citrix would be useful.
  • Azure, AD, Office 365, VMWare and networking
  • Microsoft or Cisco qualifications would be useful
  • Strong 2nd / 3rd line support background
