Are you a 2nd/3rd line IT Support Engineer looking to take the next steps in your career into a management role for a well-established, market leading Managed Service Provider?

On offer is an opening for an IT Support Engineer to join an award-winning MSP at management level that is currently experiencing a strong period of growth, with ambitious aims to grow further in the next 12 months. You will receive the training, support and certifications required to ensure you stay ahead of emerging technologies.

In this role, the successful IT Support engineer will be responsible for line managing the Service Desk team, conducting 1-2-1 meetings, and creating and updating training plans, whilst also some hands on IT Support work.

This role would suit an experienced IT Support Engineer who is looking to progress their career into management for a highly reputable, award-winning MSP

The Role:

  • The day to day running of the Service Desk
  • Accountable for maintaining Service CSAT & SLA KPI records and hitting targets
  • Leading and developing a team of Service Engineers, conducting 1-2-1s

The Person:

  • Experience as a 2nd/3rd Line engineer
  • Looking to progress to management
  • Within reliable commuting distance to Frome
