Job description: An experienced IT Support Manager is required by a market leading organisation based near Watford. Reporting into the head of IT this position will manage the groups Infrastructure and desktop support teams while also assisting with the development of the IT function. Hybrid working will be available after probation.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of infrastructure and support management and will have responsibility for systems based across different sites and brands.

Location – Watford

A salary of up to £45,000 is available depending on experience.

This is a superb opportunity to develop and grow an established team within a fast-paced environment.

What you will be doing:

• Management and development of infrastructure and desktop teams
• Assist with the development of IT systems
• Hands on maintenance and configuration
• Definition of IT policies and procedures
• IT procurement
• Network security

What you will need;

• Windows Server, Office 365, Azure, Networking
• Strong background in infrastructure management
• Exposure of mentoring / managing teams would be useful
• A retail background would be ideal but is not essential
